Ross Alt

President

Ross Alt, the President of Altimate Outdoor, is a visionary and IT support, providing strategic direction on product enhancements, new products, and leveraging technology to streamline processes. His role is crucial in ensuring our family/clients can live the  Altimate Outdoor experience.  Ross is grateful for the guidance of his parents, Steve and Jane  (founders of Alt’s Seamless Spouting), his wife Jill (consultant & keeper of the family), the current leaders in this company, and most importantly, God. He firmly believes that good comes from all things for those who love and trust the Lord. Ross’s personal life is filled with joy from spending time with his wife Jill and 4 children, Spencer, Audrey, Tucker, and Evelyn, attending sporting events, boating/water sports, attending Mass, and living the Altimate Outdoor Experience!

Steve Alt

Founder

Steve Alt founded our parent company, Alt’s Seamless Spouting, in 1982. A true “Family Business,” he operated our first few years with his wife, Jane. If you ask him, he’ll say that he “was on the ladder, while Jane ran the business.” In 2004, their son Ross joined the company and we have since grown to the Altimate Outdoor our clients know and love. Steve is still very active within the company, running our seamless spouting division and ensuring our crews continue to produce the level of customer satisfaction he’s worked hard to sustain since the ‘80s.

Dustin Ellerbrock

Director of Operations

Dustin Ellerbrock is our Director of Operations. He leverages his excellent leadership and teamwork skills to help drive the company’s efficiency, along with the growth and development of our staff. Dustin has over 20 years of product experience with us, and was awarded National StruXure Installer of the Year in 2018. He believes that with hard work and dedication, anything is possible! When not working, he loves spending time with his family and watching his children’s sporting events. He is also an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting and fishing.

Jim Ledbetter

Territory Manager

Jim Ledbetter is the dedicated Territory Manager at our company, bringing extensive expertise in both direct-to-consumer design consulting and managing our broad dealer network across Ohio, Michigan, parts of West Virginia and Kentucky. With a tenure that stretches back to the late ‘90s, Jim plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations, offering tailored support and training to team members who interact directly with our clients. His commitment to elevating luxury outdoor living experiences for our customers is driven by a passion for excellence and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that our deliverables meet the highest standards on the first attempt. Outside of work Jim cherishes spending time with his family and his four daughters. He enjoys the outdoors himself and even gets a game of golf in from time to time. 

Jocelyn Frazier-Routzon

Marketing & Outreach Coordinator

Jocelyn Routzon is our Marketing & Outreach Coordinator, who serves as the initial point of contact for anyone exploring Altimate Outdoor/StruXure Ohio for the first time. Jocelyn believes that marketing and client outreach are the most vitally important experiences in helping potential clients align themselves with our brand– who we are, what we do, and why we do it. She founded our in-house scheduling department and loves to be the cheerful voice you’ll hear on the other end of the phone. She believes in focusing on the good things in life, and letting the results speak for themselves. When she’s not in work-mode, she’s in mom-mode… usually going to the arcade or the park with her husband and their 5 year old son.

Craig Hiibner

Leadership Team

Craig Hiibner spearheads our marketing initiatives and oversees our Columbus, Ohio operations, which include our design studio and retail showroom. With a wealth of experience in marketing and advertising, along with a proven track record in retail operations across various markets nationwide, Craig brings a dynamic and strategic approach to our team. He champions teamwork and is dedicated to excellence in every aspect of our business – from the initial customer interaction with our brand to the enthusiastic recommendations from satisfied clients to their friends and neighbors. When he’s not driving our marketing success, Craig enjoys engaging in DIY projects, camping and hiking adventures, and cherishing quality time with his family.

Jason Zosh

StruXure Project Manager

Jason Zosh is the project manager for our StruXure Glandorf division. He can often be found completing field measurements, filing permits, and managing the day-to-day for our StruXure installation crews. Jason makes sure that each project has what it needs and ensures the crews are working at a steady pace to exceed our company standards, and most importantly, our clients’ expectations. Jason has a true “started from the bottom” story with us, beginning as a general laborer and advancing the ranks to get where he is today. He has a keen eye for detail and believes that the key to great products and service are found in the smallest details– the things that most people don’t see or think about. In his personal life, he loves to stay active by snowboarding, wakeboarding, golfing, bowling, and racing.

Don Behrns

Project Manager

Don Behrns is our Project Manager for the Columbus division and also works closely with the Glandorf division. He is responsible for scheduling and managing our crews. Managing their production and inspecting their quality. He strives to make sure that the whole StruXure experience is carried out in a timely and efficient manner. He also prides himself in pleasing the customer with our production quality and innovation. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends or spoiling his grandson.

Diane Linhares

Business Manager

Diane Linhares is our Business Manager who oversees job flow and cash flow by performing day to day accounting, working closely with the production team and acting as a liaison with our dealers and customers. She is the face of our human resources department and believes that success comes through a commitment to excellence. At Altimate Outdoor we are committed to providing the highest quality products and best possible experiences to our customers and thrive as a team because of our commitment to each other. When not working, Diane enjoys serving her community both through her church and as a member of the Glandorf Lions Club, as well as gardening, cooking, painting and spending time with family and friends.

Ryan Ellerbrock

Supervisor

Ryan Ellerbrock is the Supervisor to our warehouse and gutter teams. He’s the one working in the background in our cut shop for our dealers and making sure they get what they need to provide the best experiences for our customers. He is detail-oriented ensuring that our customers get the best quality service. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, their two dogs Macey and Belle, going to amusement parks, finding the next home project, golfing and camping.

Jeff Almas

Design Consultant

Jeff Almas is a design consultant that is passionate about our products, and also wants customer service to be a top priority. Always putting the customer first and always available so the customer gets the greatest experience possible. Jeff has been in sales most of his life but has found a home at Altimate outdoor. When he is not working for his customers, you can find him around friends and family as he raised his 2 daughters and is very close with them. He encourages you to reach out any time, as he loves to change people’s lives with our amazing outdoor products and would love to help you as well.

Matt Jordan

Design Consultant

Matt Jordan is a design consultant who loves to help our clients design outdoor living spaces that they can enjoy with their family and friends. A decorated professional, Matt has been on a lifelong career path of helping clients “paint the vision” and reach their goals– health, lifestyle, outdoor living, and beyond. Regardless of whether he owns the business or is just a key part of the team, Matt gives everything 110% and treats each person he meets as though they’re ‘part of the family’. Outside of work, you’ll find that Matt leads an active lifestyle. He loves to go hunting, golfing, and spending time with his wife and their 2 children.

Chris Bachus

Design Consultant

Chris Bachus is a design consultant helping families design the outdoor living area they have always wanted!   Walking customers through the ever evolving options on their outdoor space and sharing all that StruXure has to offer is a top priority!  Chris is an accomplished professional with many years partnering with customers to help achieve their goals with 100% satisfaction!  He believes that a satisfied customer is crucial to business success.  He is committed to going above and beyond a customer’s expectations to build lasting partnerships!  The smiles on customers’ faces after they experience the comfort of sitting under their StruXure is the best part of being a design consultant! Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, watching his 2 sons play hockey and lacrosse, and taking his toy golden-doodle Stella for walks! 

Bill Seevers

Design Consultant

Bill Seevers is a design consultant who believes that finding a customer’s needs and filling them with the ‘Altimate’ perfect solution is priority number one. He brings decades of experience in finding the right solution and communicating it to clients. He really enjoys the process of helping customers learn about and understand how our products can really enhance their outdoor living spaces. He often says how he enjoys working for a company that wants their customers 100% satisfied today, tomorrow and in the future. Bill likes to spend his free time cycling, playing music and has been a nationally competitive shooter since the 80’s.

Jim Miller

Design Consultant

Jim Miller is a Design Consultant helping families design their dream outdoor living space. What makes Jim’s career with Altimate Outdoor meaningful is knowing that when a project is completed, it is done with 100% satisfaction. Bringing families and friends together under a beautiful StuXure Pergola is the goal. Jim has a long history of working with clients focusing on listening to their wants and needs, exceeding expectations with 100% satisfaction and doing it with integrity and care. Outside of work Jim resides in Columbus and spends time with his wife, 2 daughters and 2 dogs Brutus and Harper. Born and raised in northeast Ohio, Jim is a huge Buckeye and Browns fan. He also loves sports, the outdoors fishing, camping and traveling with his family. He is dedicated to service work with his community such as Charity Newsies, clothing school age children, and his church working with men with underserved families. Jim is a foodie and by his account “a darn good cook!” His dream is to throw down cooking with the famous chef, Bobby Flay!

Trevor Walker

StruXure Crew Lead (Glandorf)

Trevor Walker is a lead StruXure installer who serves to build and improve your outdoor living area and provide the best living space possible for our clients while making them part of Altimate Outdoor themselves. Trevor has been installing with us for about 5 years now and is happy to assist in any way he can. He believes in doing things right the first time and to treat everyone like family. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and friends.

Spencer Alt

StruXure Crew Co-Lead (Glandorf)

Spencer Alt is a lead installer for our Struxure Glandorf division. His job is to help make the dreams of an outdoor paradise with plenty of shade become a reality. He feels that the work we do is a form of art, and enjoys unveiling it to the satisfied client. Spencer has over 2 years of experience in the company, and has spent time in every production division of the company. He believes that nothing in life comes free, and that with enough hard work you can accomplish anything. In his free time he enjoys coaching the local junior high football team, and being with friends and family.

Ian Fenbert

StruXure Crew Co-Lead (Glandorf)

Ian Fenbert is a lead installer for our Struxure Glandorf division who strives to bring your indoors out by installing our StruXure pergolas. He feels that if the client can dream it, then we can do it and will do whatever it takes to meet the client’s requests. Ian has over two years of experience and has been working in the StruXure division since he joined our team. He believes that the Golden rule should be a staple in life and that you should thank God for everything you’ve been given. In his free time, he is a farmer and also enjoys coaching, fishing and spending time with his family.

Steve Buerger

MagnaTrack Crew Lead (Glandorf)

Steve Buerger is the project manager for our MagnaTrack retractable screens division. Steve works to train and develop installers on the screen teams. Steve joined the team 2 years ago. Steve retired from the US Army after 22.5 years of service. Steve is a multi-skilled worker who believes in accomplishing the job the right way. He enjoys working with customers to make their designs come to life. Steve has been married to his wife for 36 years. Together they raised their 2 daughters. He enjoys spending time with their 2 grandsons. When not working , he enjoys spending time hunting and kayaking. He loves spending time with family and friends.  Steve enjoys giving back  to his community and serves as a Glandorf Lions Club member.  He is always willing to go the extra mile to help out others. 

Preston Rosenberger

MagnaTrack Crew Lead (Glandorf)

Preston Rosenberger is a Lead Installer at Altimate Outdoor’s Glandorf location,  where he installs MagnaTrack retractable screens to enhance your outdoor living area. He believes in providing the customer with quality installations and takes pride in his crew’s work. When not at work, Preston enjoys hunting and hanging out with his family. 

Elijah Varney

StruXure Crew Lead (Columbus)

Elijah Varney leads our StruXure Columbus team with a commitment to excellence and a passion for precision. With three years of experience installing StruXure pergolas, Eli ensures every project is completed to the highest standards, focusing on 100% customer satisfaction. He combines passion and logic in his work, believing that every installation should speak for itself. Dedicated to continuous learning, Eli strives to improve with each unique build. Outside of work, Eli enjoys quality time with his wife and cherishes watching his children grow.

Steve Short

MagnaTrack Crew Lead (Columbus)

Steven Short is the lead installer for our MagnaTrack retractable screen systems on the Columbus team. He considers it a privilege to bridge the gap between nature and living space for our clients and does so using integrity, precision, and honor. Steven believes there’s truth in the idiom, “what goes around, comes around” and seeks to continuously improve himself, personally and professionally. A loving husband and father of 3, he strives to be a beacon of positivity in the lives of those around him.

Jonathan Tiller

Gutter Crew Lead

Jonathan Tiller is our lead Gutter installer and lead fabricator for outsourcing dealers. He ensures accuracy and quality in fabrication and gutter installation. Whether he’s on a jobsite or working in the warehouse, he is quick to solve problems and leave customers satisfied. Although small, he believes there isn’t a job too big to overcome. While away from work, he enjoys landscaping, fishing, and spending time with his wife and 4 children.
